Hassle Free Return and Refund Policy :-

All Products purchased on www.breathefresh.in are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery if they fulfils one or more condition:-
1. The product was delivered in physically damaged condition.
2. Received Product is different from what appears on the website and does not meet the description.
3. Has a missing component, part or accessory as mentioned on the website.
All Items must be returned in the original condition without any breakage, tear or spoilage. Products that are sold as combos cannot be returned as individual items.

To initiate a return, raise a return request from Breathe Fresh Return Center. Search for your order using Order ID and email address used during the purchase to initiate a return request. The request would be approved within 1-2 Business Days. Once the request has been approved, a return pickup shall be initiated. The refunds would in initiated within 2-3 working days of receiving the returns. The amount would be refunded back to the payment mode used during the purchase. The COD order refund would be transferred to Bank account using NEFT services.
